Das Epos Impact 460 Headset überzeugt durch exzellente Sprachqualität dank Doppelmikrofon mit fortschrittlicher Geräuschunterdrückung – ideal für belebte (Home-)Offices. Das leichte, komfortable Design ermöglicht stundenlanges Tragen ohne Druckgefühl. Die Verbindung erfolgt einfach per USB-C oder USB-A, zusätzliche Software ist nicht nötig. Praktische Features wie Lift-to-Mute und Busylight erhöhen den Bedienkomfort. Für Musik ist der Klang weniger kraftvoll, insbesondere bei Bass und Lautstärke, und aktive Geräuschunterdrückung fehlt. Teilweise muss das Headset manuell als Audioausgang gewählt werden. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl für klare Gespräche und Komfort, weniger für Musikliebhaber.

The connection using the dongle is unstable. Sometimes the left earbud doesn't connect. Sometimes both earbuds fail to connect. This is unacceptable for the price range. The sound quality is average. The comfort level is not bad either. Overall, the bad connection issue makes these earbuds frustrating to use.

These earbuds only held charge for 2 hours or less of use. And since you have to have the right earbud in to use you couldn't even use one and then the other to give more useage time. You also can't share with another person. We tried to listen with each of us having one earbud in but if they got more than a foot apart the left one would stop working. Sometimes even with it being in the other ear it would cut out. We ended up getting a different earbud that was cheaper and works much better.

Battery lasted an hour and when the right earbud is dead you cant use the left one even if its charged. Sounded good but wasnt worth the money.

Bought this refurbished and got yet another example of why that's never a good idea, as the spare tips of different sizes that are supposed to come with it were completely missing. I couldn't even try the earbuds out as they wouldn't even fit in my ears.
