Having purchased a used Sigma lens from SRS via eBay my camera developed a fault the day before I'd received the lens! Since funds are tight and The shutter repair was going to cost a small fortune I decided I needed the repair more than another lens. I contacted SRS, explained the situation and have returned the lens and received a refund promptly. The lens itself looked exactly as it was listed and I would have liked to have kept it. I will certainly be happy to purchase from them again.
