Zeiss Fernglas Conquest HD 8x42

Very clear glass and easy to us. Zeiss uses high quality glass and materials. well worth the investment, Just the right size for my deer hunting adventures. They carry well and quick to adjust. Zeiss is my go to optics company.

These binoculars have a sturdy, comfortable feel. The focus is smooth and brings images sharp without too much turning. Images are clear and sharp. The rain (eye) caps can be a bit snug coming off. I haven't had them out in the kind of wet weather that caused my other binoculars to fog up, but their gas-filled construction ought to prevent that. I wear glasses, and find the eyecup minimal position quite adequate.

This is my first binocular and I would really like to keep it. However, the pupillary distance is really short and I have to keep it for a distance from my eyes to clearly see everything. The optics are great, but the eyecups make it very uncomfortable. BTW, I don't wear glasses.

Light, crystal clear and super sharp. Im going duck hunting !
