Very good quality build, and once set up for a user's eyes very effective.

The Canon 12x36 IS III binoculars are an excellent piece of kit. The optics are very clear and the image stabilization is excellent once you get used to it. Was a little disappointed by the flimsy carry case and think Canon could have provided something a little more substantial. Excellent binoculars for bird watching and star gazing.

Very pleased with the Canon 12x36 Image Stabiliser III Binoculars. The view of distant mountains is much clearer when you press the IS button. For star gazing the view doesn't shake even when handheld. I paid for a specific delivery date and they arrived on time.

The image quality is excellent and the image stabilisation works as advertised. They are expensive, but once you have used them you will not want to go back. The only negative comment is that the eyepiece caps are cheap rubbish, and there are no lens caps for the main lenses. At this price point, Canon really needs to do better than this.
