Schwer enttäuscht, so etwas von Langsam, war ein totaler Fehlkauf. Habe vergleichbare Intenso Memory Center 3,5" USB 3.0 8 TB die ist wesentlich schneller!

Western Digital make quality HDDs and this device is no different: it worked straight out-of-the-box and should prove reliable if my past experiences with WD products is to be relied upon. However, the enclosure is extremely cheap-looking and flimsy and, somewhat laughably, it has a power switch which doesn't work on the Elements package. If you want to power-down the device you have to pull out the power plug after having 'ejected' the device from within Windows or whatever OS you are using. This is the kind of poor design one sees in Chinese products rather than products from the likes of WD. Omitting a power button is one thing but, installing one that doesn't work - I mean really folks at WD, do you not have any pride in your brand. Recommended nonetheless.
