I asked the guy at B&H for the cheapest SD card reader and this is what he gave me. You get what you pay for. It works but it is a little flimsy. I have had some problems with it. When I plug it in for the first time, only some of the files load, and then it freezes. I unplug it and plug it right back in and it works perfectly fine. I have used it about 20 times so far and I had to do this process about 19 times. Only once did it work the first time around. I only give this 2 stars. It will get the job done (eventually), and the price is cheap, but next time I will spend a few more dollars and get a better one.

Never had an issue with the Transcend SD card readers. They are compact in design, fast processing, and easy to travel with. Only other note is they tend to get warm to the touch after pulling data off the SD cards.
