Love the device and is super easy to use but sometimes the prints are totally not readable and very ugly.

I like this printer. The print quality is ok, not perfect. Using It takes a few tries, you may waste some labels getting started. The user instructions are poor. They indicated a web site was available that answers your questions. I could never open the site hence poor tech support. The unit really needs to ship with full user instructions.

Great little unit. Use it on aircraft wiring that uses all white stuff. Helps you label what the wire goes to or from.. A&P approved.

I use this mostly for labeling my network and computer equipment and it works great. The only thing I do not like is the placement of the cutter and the print button. When pushing the cutter my thump will naturally rest where the print button is and often I will accidentally print another label. But other than that I have had no problems after using it for 2+ years.
