Beautiful, makes amazing coffee. It completes my kitchen. A coffee machine that I wanted for a while.

I thought this machine for our brand new home and ended up with the mint matching kettle and toaster. It’s caused me nothing but problems. It works SOMETIMES but most of the time not. It’s very hit and miss. After hours of frustration with this machines half cup/full cup lights flashing back and fourth, speaking to SMEG technical help desk and having to hard reboot it over and over I took it back took Hobart store (who were excellent) and waited yet another 3 weeks for it to be replaced only for the same issues again. I wonder if I was just sent back the same machine too like the previous review? So, so disappointing and cross making. I’ve spent a fortune on take away coffees and messing around with ground sizes, endless rebooting and descaling. Spare yourself the pain and don’t buy a SMEG.
