The Product is very good however I find that it is very difficult to see the grinder settings and get the right setting. I wish Philips would have a thorough clear video that shows exactly each grinder setting and what each does and how to successfully find the correct setting. I am aware a lot depends on the coffee beans but in general if a course was given on the best grinder setting for espresso and coffee and what the difference is since the beans should only be Medium Roast and discuss why that is. Would be awesome!This machine is good for people not looking to make cappuccino because the milk frother is not easy to use and can be messy compared to some other models that have included the milk frother cup with the machine. The Philips Saeco machines have come a long way if you take care of the machine it will last. I hope Philips would offer discounts to existing customers on newer models out there. All in all I am pleased with the purchase of this machine.

So happy with my new espresso machine. The ease of use and convenience is awesome. Its so much better than what I had before.
