Easy machine to use makes a good coffee only little issue is the water container doesnt always seem to be noted that its in. The machine will say add water when its full but it hasnt noted the water is there.

Instructions easy to the machine fits great on the kitchen bench an its so easy to use an heats up really quick

This machine is exactly what I needed and wanted. Its fully automatic so its impossible to make a bad coffee. It has been used multiple times a day since we got it. Also love the frothed milk option for hot chocolates and chai lattes

Its been approx. 9 months since I purchased this machine. It has indeed lived up to my expectations. Here are my findings. Pros: Compact machine. User-friendly display and very easy to operate. Can make 8 types of coffee. Extremely easy to clean. External LatteGo milk container for cappuccino, latte, etc. LatteGo is what makes this machine stand out from the others in this price range. Good capacity for coffee beans in grinder. Can customise your coffee and save settings into 2 different profiles. Cons: Grinder is very noisy. Although, you can customise the amount of milk for latte, you cannot enter your preferred amount (eg: 170ml) - the machine has preset amounts for milk. The lid of the milk container doesn't lock into place but merely sits on top and frequently falls off - not a major issue but could be improved. No warning if milk container is not attached or if there is insufficient milk in it.
