This Jura Z10 has really helped with our busy lifestyle. We recently had a baby girl and this keeps us going! Its fast and easy to dial in a drink. The flavor is caffe quality and its very easy to clean the milk system. The ability to dial in the coffee or espresso strength is awesome. If you need a pick up in the morning or a lite on in the late afternoon, its fast and easy to do.

Bought a couple of months ago, continually cleaning. Replaced filter twice, descaling even though using smart filter. Water container always needs emptying, coffee ok. Wouldn't ever buy Jura again. Very expensive machine. Have had coffee machines for decades but never such a high maintenance one like Z10.

I strongly advise not to purchase this for your home. The drip tray broke after ~5 days of use, and when I looked it up on reddit, I found countless comments about how it breaks often. The sensors in the machine mean you can't operate it without the drip tray being present, and because of this tiny, very vulnerable piece of plastic breaking, I can now not use the coffee machine. It makes great coffee, the touch screen is not good though. You can't swipe, even though that is the natural thing to do. As a result, when you try to swipe, you accidentally start making a coffee. This is not suitable for a home machine, but would be good for an office with a lot of servicing. Again, overall - great coffee, very plasticy though, average UI with a bad design floor with the drip tray. I am taking it back, and I regret this purchase. Jura Support are great etc, but it just needs to work, I can't be calling them for replacements for design flaws.

My wife and I have used this machine for about 1 year now. We love it and when family/visitors come over, we think they are really coming for the coffee, it’s that good! Sticker price is irrelevant as the machine has long since paid for itself. Cleaning is easy, and the app is just cool.

I have to say that I was against buying the Jura, in fact, I didn't see the value in buying a machine that I felt I would rarely use. Also, the wife only has one coffee a day. But we did anyway! Silly us. Or was it? Since lobbing it in a suitable position (note; it looks so good, it needs to be on show), we've increased out daily coffee intake substantially. I love it. Of course, we only use the best quality beans and the result are stunning. Hot, delicious, beautifully presented.
