I had a problem with the water tank , couldn't pull out, the water tank is stuck. I check on internet it's not common, its just incident. Harts of Stur asked me to send it back , I did it , waiting for money . Still want to buy Jura coffe machine by Harts of Stur, but different model .

Super toller kaffeeautomat Kaffee und Espresso fabelhaft geräusch beim mahlen sehr leise im großen ganzen für leute die nur Kaffee trinken klare kaufempfehlung. leider Wasserbehälter defekt angekommen wurde ohne Probleme ausgetauscht 10 von 10 sternen

Simple, no frills, like frothy milk, just straight black coffee from beans (variable volume and strength) or pre-ground (variable volume but advised fixed amount/strength). Simple controls and easily refillable, side-located water reservoir. Clear warnings when used-coffee bin requires emptying. Still new to me, so I cannot yet comment on reliability; I’m sure it will be up to Jura’s standard, proved by my first Ena 5, which lasted 15 years hard use.
