11 months old and automatic milk frothing jug stop working , and error code, also error codes for bean holder even when full of coffee. Back and forward to delongie and our state service agent . Been going on for two months and still not resolved. Machine is cleaning d every time of use throughout.

At the moment everything is fine except like all the machines I've had in the past they seem to need descaling often I have had to do it every 11 to14 days which seems to much considering I live alone making at most 3 to 4 cups aday.

Great coffee machine for many types of coffee. Feels like you are your own barista. Recommended 5* we love it! Expensive yes but sometimes you do get what you pay for.
