mistakenly bought from here, thought i was on delonghi's page. the espresso machine hasnt worked since day 1 and has been a complete nightmare to get repaired/replaced.

Better by 685 than this 680. I had 685 and use it for two years without any issues. Now I bought this trash and it disappoint me. It stopped working few days ago. After it stayed plugged off for one day it became working again. It looks very strange. Also the milk steamer here is complete crap and garbage.

It is worth to say I researched for a long time what the best home espresso making machine was - at a reasonable price. I am not a coffee connoisseur and this was my first ever home espresso maker, so I was not going to spend more than $400 I decided the D’Longhi Dedica was my way to go. When I got it I read the whole booklet of instructions and looked at YouTube videos to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I have to say the machine did not take long to get used to, makes decent coffee, froths milk alternatives and it is easy to use. I purchased it on 2020 and it’s still working perfectly. My mom has it now and she, at 77yo can used it fine. It requires to be cleaned every 3 months maybe using it daily. I am not looking for a new Dedica, maybe a newer model. All great things to say about this model.
