Philips ProtectiveClean 5100 - Elektrische Schallzahnbürste - HX6850/57

Funktioniert gut. Schade, dass die Stützhilfe nicht mehr da ist, die früher verhindert hat, dass die Bürste im Liegen wackelt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Bürste weiter aufnimmt, wenn ich weiter putze, nachdem das Programm zu Ende war. Fehlt: Aufnahme des Putzens von Zahnkauflächen. Wenn ich selber die Kauflächen oder die Zunge putze, wird eine neue Aunahme gestartet, die aber nicht erkennt was ich putze und es als falsche Abdeckung bewertet.

I absolutely love my new sonicare! My old one finally stopped working and I got the one wth the gum mode and I love it, I just wish I could have gum mode for my entire brushing and not after the first 2 minutes. My teeth feels way cleaner than with my old one!

[Employee of philipsglobal] I've only had this product for a year and the metal head is broken. It doesn't vibrate, it got out of place. I think this product is not of good quality or is not well designed to last more than a year of use. I use it in the morning and at night. I had an older one and it lasted about 5 years and it was because of the battery and it was an old model. This 5100, the product is very weak. I don't know how to claim the warranty because it says it has a 2-year warranty.

Love Sonicare and have tried other brands which I find are too noisy and don’t do a good job.

The Protective Clean 5100 is great! We really like the little beep you hear every 30 seconds to remind you to switch to different teeth. The slim style is easy to hold and the battery lasts at least two weeks. It's nice having the option of the 3 different settings, but the standard one should be fine for most people. All in all, a great toothbrush. I wish it were easier to figure out how to sign up for the brush auto-refills; I still haven't found how to do that.
