great toothbrush when its working however broke after 12 months got a replacement sent out and that one broke just after 12 months so expired warranty and nothing i can do now. I expected a lot more for how expensive this was. I wont be buying another unfortunately. would not recommend

I'm honestly very disappointed. My Sonicare Exper Clean 7300 toothbrush broke after only 10 months of use. For such an expensive product, I expected much better quality and durability. The internal part that holds the metal post came loose, which makes the brush head unstable and the vibration noisy and weak.What makes the situation even more frustrating is that, for the same money, the retailer service center is offering me only a much older and simpler Sonicare 3100 model as a replacement. This feels very unfair, as I paid for a high-quality product and now I am left with something inferior.I trusted this brand, but this experience has really changed my opinion. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves the durability of the product.

I get a brand new brush head.I fit it in. App sais 180 sessions.I use it once. I now have 177 sessions left.Nearly every time I use it deducts 3 sessions. So every month they want me to buy a new expensive brush head. Just a ripoff. According to the app I need a new brush head every month. And I only brush once a day!

It worked well for just over 2 years. Then, as if by magic, it died shortly after the warranty expired. On Philips website no option to get it repaired so now have to send to landfill and purchase another toothbrush (not a Philips obviously!).

I chose this model because 1 it was on offfer and 2 it was a expertclean model and my teeth were quite badly stained form years of smoking and drinking coffee. I was sceptical that a toothbrush could make a massive difference to my teeth whiteness but i was proven wrong. within 2 weeks of use people were commenting on how white my teeth were and i was pleasently suprised with the results. my teeth have gone up at least 8 scales on the whiteness scale. This proves to me sometimes its better to buy something that is expensive if you want great results.
