Ich habe anscheinend ein defektes Gerät erhalten. Der Player spielt weder DVDs noch CDs ab. Ich habe es mit mehreren Discs ausprobiert. Macht sehr laute Geräusche, und danach wird immer "Error" oder "No Disc" angezeigt.

I don't recommend the Philips TAEP200 DVD player, because on any DVD with multiple angles, there's an angle icon on the screen the entire time, and there are no menu option to remove it, and you can push every button on the remote, and nothing gets rid of it.The infuriatingly ironic thing about it is that the remote doesn't even HAVE an angle button to allow you to take advantage of the multi-angle feature they're forever emblazoned on to your screen (literally, if you have a plasma).

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Wiedergabe super zufrieden, laute Geräusche beim vorspulen ect hab ich gut hinnehmen können. Aber nach 4 Jahren gelegentlichem Gebrauchs hat er sich leider aufgehängt u stellte auf Stur. Keine Reaktion mehr.

Reiner DVD-Player. Passable Auflösung. Installation sehr einfach. Fehlendes WLan positiv. Wozu auch, wenn man alles über die HDMI-Schnittstelle machen kann. Sound ist absolut genial.
