HP Papierzuführung 550 Blatt M552/M553 Serie B5L34A

This is the worst printer I have ever had to deal with and I'm in an environment of well over 500 laserjets. exceptionally hard to maintain and you have to maintain these printers often. If I had a choice I would buy re-furbished 602's instead. They were money!! Too bad I can't give a no star rating.

We set up this printer on 1-6-2023 and have already had 6 service calls on it. It still does not work on 2-17-2023. Of course we are out of the return window and are stuck with a expensive printer that no longer works

We bought the M608n recently as a replacement for the M609. So far it is a little quieter and does looks just like the M609. Not sure at the moment what the PPM is but it doesn't seem any different that the M609 that we have had for the last few years. I will say at the moment if there is a choice between the 609 and 608 I would stear clear of the 609. We have had problems constantly and the asurian coverage did us no good. If you need insurance for such an important machine find a way to get it locally. Asurian ships to the other side of the country to get fixed and takes weeks to get it back.

Constant jams are one thing, but when the paper tray isn't even designed with a grip to pull it out; it makes the constant jams physically painful to deal with as you have to use your finger tips to yank the tray out to fish around inside and try to get the pick rollers to pick up the paper stock. I assume the designer(s) of this item never expected anyone to ever need to load stock or have a paper jam.

HP 605,606,607,608,etc all of this series junk. These are the worst printers HP have ever made. We are forced to use the 400 series instead of these higher volume devices. These printers have all broken in the first weeks of use.
