The scanner itself was excellent and I could not fault it. Why the two stars you may ask? Unfortunately, the warranty was showing as expiring in seven months on the Epson warranty checker. I contacted Epson and was told to wait 30 days and the information would be updated. To cut a very painful story short, the warranty wasn't updated and I was given contradictory and inconsistent advice. Epson asked for another 30 days, but would not send me an email to confirm. At this point I lost all confidence with the service and decided to return the product. I cannot fault Amazon and was really gutted to return the product because I really liked it but I couldn't take a chance on the abysmal service levels which makes it unfit to use in a Business Environment.

The device may be ok but the customer service is absolutely shocking, I stopped buying epson years ago because quality had decreased and the customer service and support wasn't great; this has been confirmed as still the case.

A very good scanner. Extremely helpful for scanning documents. Would highly recommend it.

This is an easy to use scanner. I can scan multiple sheets, included two sided documents at a fast speed.
