I’m not sure what happened but we started using the printer on February 14th and now, February 23rd it’s dead. I have unplugged, tried a different power cord, unplugged everything, plugged it all back in and still nothing. We are going into a weekend and we can’t print the tickets let’s for our customers to pay their bills.
