This printer will not stay connected to my network or allow me to print when connected to its WiFi.

Nun habe ich diesen Drucker seit 13 Monaten. Ich drucke nicht viel, aber wenn ich drucken will, dann sollte das auch auf Knopfdruck funktionieren. Tut es aber nicht! Jedesmal wenn ich drucken will, ist der Drucker zwar "bereit", nur dass er halt nicht druckt. Jedesmal kämpfe ich mich durch die verschiedenen "Hilfsseiten", meistens lande ich auf "Sorry, diese Seite wird gerade nicht gefunden" (o.ä.). Bekomme ich tatsächlich Tipps, wie ich den Fehler beheben könnte (der ja laut "HP Smart Print" gar nicht vorhanden ist, funktionieren diese ziemlich genau wie der Drucker, nämlich NICHT! Auch Anrufe beim Support bringen einen nicht weiter, denn dort heißt es, man prüft das Problem und ich werde zurückgerufen, was dann selbstverständlich NICHT passiert. Ich bin mittlerweile so sauer gefahren, dass ich NIE WIEDER irgendetwas von dieser dubiosen Riesenfirma kaufen werde. Diese Geschäftspraktiken grenzen an Betrug!

Maybe it’s all printers now days but you can only really use it if you have the time to wait if not you have to make it a weekend thing.

Lasted a little over a year. Was a pain the entire time.

The printer worked okay for 1st year after resolving some connectivity issues with the support from technical team. Once the pre installed cartridge was over and i checked the original cartridge price, its half of the printer price. So i called HP for signing up for their ink program but for 3 days they took so many hours of set up and finally said the printer is no more working. It stopped working. Now its trash throw it and get new one. This product is literally a scam, no one should buy this product. I wonder how legit platform like Amazon can sell this product. This is disgusting and very sad. Amazon should do something about this.
