Disliked fact that printer didn't work. We were advised to return it as defective and did so. Company charged us entire cost of printer as "restocking fee" $599!!!!!

Although I ordered the wirelsss HP M507dn, the printer sent to me was the HP M507 without wireless capability. Since I also purcased Staples tech support, I tried calling them and got disconnected twice. I had to have Geek Squad meet me at my office to assist with CABLE connection when they confirmed that the printer that you sent was not wireless as ordered.

Was aber ganz schlecht ist bei der Lieferung von digitec, es liegt 2 Netzkabel bei, ein EU (Schuko) und ein sehr grosses, wie sie in ein England üblich sind, aber kein Schweizer Netzkabel. Die beiden Kabel sind also schon bei der Lieferung Elektroschrott (eigentlich Schade)! Und das richtig muss man noch zusätzlich kaufen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne für den Drucker
