After owning 13 months, it won't print blueprints, one month out of warranty. For this much money it should have a longer warranty. Repairs cost almost as much as a new one. Not happpy.

It will not print landscape, even if selected to print in landscape, it still print portrait. This happens in both AutoCAD and PDF settings .super frustrating.

Es un buen equipo. lo compre para reemplazar un T520, pero creo la version a nterior era mejor. Sin embargo hace el trabajo y bien.

I have been using this printer for about a year. First, it did not include the paper cover. The drivers and user interfaces from HP suck. Had to call tech support for several issues. One is a default option on the interface which does not work. It has to be shut off in order to print. Second issue is printing over 100 inches long. You need a different driver for that. If is not a production printer. It probably is fine for in house use, but if you plan on using it for commercial production of prints and drawings it will not hold up. Clearing paper jams on 36 inch wide paper is a nightmare. No easy access to the paper feeds. Print heads failed within 10 months. Not covered under warranty. Plastic is cheap, not sturdy. It rocks and rolls as it is printing (my floors are level). I go through 4-5 rolls of paper per week and it is beating the hell out of this printer. Would not buy again. Next printer will be an Epson.
