HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M653dn, Farblaserdrucker

I was worried when I opened the box and saw toner inside the plastic bag, but after a quick vacuum and new toners, this printer does a great job.

This is the worst product I have ever used. It was eventually replaced with another horrible printer. Just terrible. Smears throughout the pages in different areas of multiple pages.

It's fast, it's quiet, the print quality is fantastic, you can store jobs on the built in internal hard drive and reprint them directly from the printer. Tech support is non existent or so convoluted it might as well not be there, but that is endemic of Hewlett-Packard, they have always been that way.

Printer was good to go right out the box, very fast.

The M653dn works great, but typical of HP printers trying to find drivers that work with the updated version of Windows and then getting them to work is a hassle. Hard to find intuitive instructions on how to setup the printer and/or make changes to certain settings.
