The unit is fine, it doesn't waste much tape, it's easy to use (the manual is great). But: buy the kit version instead! The standalone is useless by itself, you need batteries or an adapter anyway, and it's just a mess to store without a case. I regret getting the separate unit.

Leider war bei der ersten Lieferung das Geraet defekt , kein Druck auf dem Band . Beim 2 Geraet war alles OK . Funktioniert einwandfrei . 3 verschiedene Arten von Baender probiert, ging ohne Probleme mit guter Druckqualitaet . Immer wieder .

Love the device and is super easy to use but sometimes the prints are totally not readable and very ugly.

Muy buena maquilladora, buena calidad de impresión en tubos termo encogibles, los repuestos en Colombia son complicados de conseguir, pero aquí en Amazon se consiguen muy fácilmente. Muy recomendada.

I like this printer. The print quality is ok, not perfect. Using It takes a few tries, you may waste some labels getting started. The user instructions are poor. They indicated a web site was available that answers your questions. I could never open the site hence poor tech support. The unit really needs to ship with full user instructions.
