I bought this printer six years ago. The Scanner and ADF (only simplex) are good and easy to use, scanning to network or USB attached computers (I use no other links). Print quality is also good, both simplex and duplex. Even cleaning the print head is required only very sporadically. But it takes too much ink. I have logged that I needed to replace 8*black, 5*magenta, 5*cyna, 6*yellow (always XL tanks) for 2067 sheets b/w + 1002 coloured sheets. Maybe this could be better if one prints more in short time, but for me it sums up to round-about 600EUR for 3000 sheets. This is too much, and I assume it is even out of spec.

Absolut empfehlenswert und sehr gut gelungen. Scannt schnell druckt sparsam. Bin super zufrieden damit

For me I love that I can scan multiple pages at a time and upload the .pdf to my computer. I love that I can print front and back to save paper. Set up for me was complicated a bit, but then again, I have to read instructions when I buy a toaster :)

Inzwischen hat das 2. Gerät ohne ersichtlichen Grund den Geist aufgegeben. Ich hatte mit beiden nur Probleme. Unzählige Fehlermeldungen ohne Hinweis auf den Fehler. Beim Einschalten dauert es ewig, bis er bereit ist. Die Papierfächer müssen nach jedem Öffnen neu registriert werden, was auch ewig dauert. Jetzt möchte er neue Druckerpatronen, gibt die alten aber nicht her. Kann sie nicht entfernen, einfach so. Support kann man vergessen, da kann ich ebenso gut meine Mutter anrufen. Mir kommt kein Canon mehr ins Haus.
