Professional person came out and could not get it to work. Been waiting all this time for someone to come to house to hook it up. Need refund please

Can’t beat the price. I don’t print often so the ink jet printers were always a pain to use.. laser printers are way easier to use and maintain, given you don’t need high quality color printing. Easy to set up and very fast to print.

The paper feed button didn't work. Would not load paper for printing. Returned for refund.

Bought the printer and went to set it up only to find out the USB cable that comes with it doesn't fit into the printer. So I'm unable to set up the wifi on it or do anything with it.

This is my second canon laser dust printer like this! (One for me and one for the in-laws) It’s simple no color no fax and best of all No Liquid Ink! The printing cartridge lasted for 4 years! If the printing started to grey I just gave the cartridge a little shake put it back and it was flawless … every crossed T and dot on the page!
