Der Brother PT-P300BT ist ein kompakter Etikettendrucker ohne integrierte Tastatur. Das Gerät druckt mit Thermotechnik auf schmale Etikettenbänder in verschiedenen Breiten und Materialien. Das Gehäuse ist quadratisch und leicht und bietet Anschluss für ein externes Netzteil sowie Platz für Batterien. Die Verbindung zu Smartphone oder Tablet erfolgt über eine drahtlose Schnittstelle. Der Drucker hat einen manuellen Schneider und unterstützt verschiedene laminierte und nicht laminierte Bänder.

This is a tricky machine and not recommended. I only used it twice before the tape jammed so review is based on two attempts to use the machine. Large and bulky- much bigger than the handheld ones or the NIIMBOT printers. Label did not exit the machine sufficiently enough to use the manual cutter - so all my labels were kept too short. You’re unable to position the writing in the centre like other printers Printing ink quality not great Tape jammed the second time I used it and I had to throw the cassette tape away. Unfortunately, you have to log a return within seven days, and so I’m too late to exchange it. Very disappointing purchase.

This is the third Brother label printer that I have bought. They are brilliant. The last one was bought for my daughters to label all their university things. So easy to use.

I bought this printer to use with my Apple iMac (M1 Apple Silicon) . I tried downloading the P-Touch Editor from the App Store but discovered that the printer is only compatible with MacOS 13 and above. My Mac runs Monterey and I have no intention of upgrading the OS just to use the P-touch. Furthermore, I understand from Brother help that there are no apps available for pre MacOS 13 Macs. Disappointing result from Brother and I now own a printer that is not fit for my purposes.

This label printer is AWESOME. It can do everything you need to do INCLUDING QR codes, using the Brother apps. Also as a bonus, the apps run on an ancient iPad (from 2014) so there's still a use for your old iPad, to print labels. You don't need a computer, and it even works with your phone, although the iPad screen makes it very easy to create perfectly industrial labels There are some claims that it "wastes label tape" it does not, it works identically to the hand-held standalone P-Touch printers, so if you don't know what you're doing and do not pay attention to label length set up, of course it's going to waste. You really need to read the manual. This printer is already seeing a lot of use, thanks to it's fine engineering. One of Brother's best products.
