I have found the MFC to be easy & straightforward to use. The scanning, especially with OCR makes my workflow so much easier than previously, and scanning straight to the computer files saves time. The printing in double side format saves time and money and is also effortless. Printing In either A4 or A3 without having to physically change the paper is great.

Absolute rubbish. Print quality is terrible and paper feed is always jammed. DO NOT BUY IT!

Value for Money, ink is reasonably cheap for this machine. Only downside is that it jumps between the trays on its own even when you have enough paper in the first tray.

After a few false starts, I managed to install the scanner driver. The machine is now working to my satisfaction.
