A good machine that makes great copies. But has issues maintaining a connection. Had an earlier model for 12 years and it never missed a beat. Couldn't face not having all the features even though we no longer needed them all. Have had constant problems being able to find the machine on network despite being connected. Works one day and not the next. So draining problem solving when I just want to print something. Lights up at all hours of the day & night trying to connect. Probably our internet, but no issues with earlier model.
