Great services, great products, very happy to have my new printer.

Purchased a Brother laser printer on the basis of this being their speciality market, and fed up with other brands not delivering. The unit is incredibly straightforward to use and printing finish is incredibly good, as you would expect.

I intend use this as a home office printer for work and children homework. The printing speed, flatbed scanning speed and autofeeder scanning speed are extremely good. The scanned image quality is better than HP scanner. But the scanning software has huge room of improvement as compared with HP, Canon and Epson. I have to look for third party scanner software. I am yet to find out the software manual duplex scanning solution. This is one of the draw back. The firmware is well written. The function and touch screen is very easy to use/ As a whole, it is really like a full blown the office copying and printing machine (except the duplex scanning function)

Prints well, does not smudge, true colours. My only criticism is it will not print double sided on 160 g paper (the paper jammed when I tried, fortunately I freed it without doing any damage).

Der Drucker kann im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überzeugen, der Scanner funktioniert leider unter Windows 11 nur sehr eingeschränkt und wird durch den Hersteller nicht unterstützt (peinlich!). Das sollte jedem Käufer bewusst sein.
