Great hardware. We are glad they finally fixed the touch pad from the previous model. One big button made for a lot of errors when using the touch pad. We are very happy with the T550. It continues to perform well and hold up to the ThinkPad name. I would recommend this laptop for anyone who is looking for a good 15" laptop with enough power to get the job done.

I ordered mine with 500gb SSD and 16gb RAM. Its FAST! The keyboard is comfortable, trackpad works great, it doesn't get hot and the screen is good. I've spent 3 months searching for a laptop that I can use as a desktop replacement for home & business while still being light/small enough to not be a pain to drag around.

It's fast, I work with image analysis and programming and I can do it with no problems. I has good image quality for my purposes and it's not noisy at all. I'm happy with it.

Having owned many notebook PCs, this one is the best. I was shocked at how good the keyboard is and the quality is far and above Dell - HP - Samsung etc.
