Der Behringer X AIR XR16 ist ein digitaler 16‑Kanal‑Mixer mit MIDAS‑Preamps, integriertem WLAN und umfangreichen Effekten. Nutzer loben vor allem die Klangqualität, die vielen Funktionen pro Kanal und die Flexibilität der Tablet‑ und Laptop‑Steuerung, besonders im Verhältnis zum günstigen Preis. Gleichzeitig berichten mehrere Reviews, dass das interne WLAN und das Koppeln von Geräten gelegentlich Probleme bereiten, weshalb viele Techniker lieber einen externen Router einsetzen. Auch die Anleitung gilt als knapp, und die Lernkurve ist für Einsteiger relativ steil. Zudem erlaubt der USB‑Port nur Stereo‑Aufnahme und ‑Wiedergabe, kein Multitrack. Für Bands und Techniker, die bereit sind, etwas Zeit in die Software und ein stabiles Netzwerk zu investieren, bietet der XR16 jedoch eine sehr leistungsfähige und kompakte Live‑Lösung.

Once you over come the communication issues which I was aware of before I purchased this very flexable mixer Its ability seems endless for the price just shame about the router

Only had this short time so not able to comment fully really. Everything worked out of the box and the XAir app is very instinctive and user friendly …. And I’m an old guy so not that tech savvy. I was connected and up and running in just a few minutes However mine simply would not hold a WiFi signal for any length of time I might get 10 or 15 minutes when I first connected then it would drop and even with the reset button I struggled to get it to reconnect and if it did it would only be for a few minutes. An external router solved the problem although the instructions from behringer on how to connect one were less than useless !!! I now do have it connected to an external router and (touchwood) it works perfectly…. Getting good sound both FOH. And for IEM after a frustrating period I’m now vey gappy with it

Ein gut verarbeitetes Mischpult, das hauptsächlich mit dem Tablet gesteuert wird. Wer Fader möchte, kann das Pult mit einem Behringer X-Touch ergänzen. Bedienung der App ist nach einmaliger Einarbeitung gut. Alternativ zur original Behringer App verwenden wir die "Mixing Station"-App. Einziges Feature, das wir vermissen, ist die Mehrkanalaufnahme. Optimal auch zum Einbau in einem Rack.
