Das Behringer Xenyx X1204USB wird häufig als sehr umfangreiches Mischpult zum kleinen Preis gelobt. Nutzer schätzen vor allem die klaren, relativ rauscharmen XENYX-Preamps, die integrierten 24-Bit-Effekte und die einfache Kompression pro Kanal. Dank USB-Anschluss lässt sich schnell direkt in den Computer aufnehmen, was es für Podcasts, kleine Studios und Livestreams attraktiv macht. Gleichzeitig gibt es klare Einschränkungen: Das USB-Interface arbeitet nur als Stereo-2-in/2-out-Verbindung, also kein echtes Multitrack-Recording, und die mitgelieferten Treiber werden regelmäßig als mittelmäßig oder instabil beschrieben, weshalb manche lieber ein separates Audiointerface nutzen. Mehrere Anwender finden zudem, dass Anleitung und Signalrouting anfangs verwirrend sind, und es gibt nur einen Kopfhörerausgang. Wer diese Punkte akzeptiert, erhält jedoch ein kompaktes, vielseitiges und insgesamt zuverlässiges Pult mit sehr gutem Gegenwert.

Good small Mixer, with excellent routing, would have preferred the X1204 with the built in FX unit but I guess everyone else in lock down thought the same thing ;) No regrets, great mixer/mixer wing

Behringer Mixers great value for the money! B&H service is awesome. Everything arrived in great shape and a timely manner. Will definitely use them again

We bought this for the main studio for our school web radio station. Our old mixer needed to be replaced and this was the ideal solution. Having both traditional analog output and usb output made this mixer perfect for our two-computer setup. The usb connector runs to the computer where we record our talk shows while the other computer streams our recorded music / DJs. The sound quality is excellent and the controls easy to use. I purchased this board due to how it talked up PC use. Once i received it. I found that nothing has been updated for PC use in a long time. OBS the most used Broadcaster and can't use this board without 3ed party plugins and Voicemeeter. But then it locks VoiceMeeter to only using the mixer and kicks out all other Voicemeeter settings.
