I bought my first camera — both the body and lens — at a great price. I also received my cashback within a month. The whole process was smooth and quick, and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

Right off the bat, highly disappointed because the batteries show up dead and you cannot charge them any other way except though the camera. Oh it also DOES NOT come with it’s own charger.

I can see why this camera is so popular the design of the internal menus makes it very easy when it comes to using and I like the fact of the availability of high-quality lenses for it. This is a perfect camera to add to my existing equipment.

recently purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II, excited to use it for content creation. Unfortunately, within days of ownership, the camera’s lens contacts failed. The pins collapsed without any misuse on my part. When I contacted Sony support, I was shocked to be told there were “no options” under warranty and that I would have to pay nearly $500 out of pocket for a repair on a camera I had just purchased. This is extremely disappointing for a company of Sony’s reputation. What makes this worse is that the product clearly failed on its own. Instead of standing behind their warranty and supporting a new customer, Sony shifted all responsibility to me. I expected better customer care and accountability. I now feel hesitant about investing in Sony products in the future, and I want others to be aware that even brand-new purchases may not be supported if something goes wrong.
