I bought the camera… dates changed for arrival and now at this point i have been waiting for more than 10 days to get my equipment with no help from direct sales team. They all are useless and terrible customer service. After calling them 6 days in a row, they keep asking me to wait more… direct sales support falezly marked it delivered but then item on tracking still shows it is with fedex

I recently purchased a new Sony camera from the online Sony store Then afterward found out it was eligible for a £500 cash back. They did a scheme like this before when I bought my first camera. It’s a great scheme and look forwards to buying more Sony products in the future and I highly recommend Sony products as they do it for other things as well
