Die Olympus OM-5 Mark II ist eine kompakte, robuste Kamera mit hervorragender Farbwiedergabe und starkem Bildstabilisierungssystem. Sie eignet sich ideal für Reisen und den täglichen Gebrauch, bietet aber keine fortschrittlichen Autofokusfunktionen und ist weniger für Videografie geeignet. Sensor und Display sind nicht aktualisiert, was für einige Nutzer eine kleine Einschränkung darstellt.

Very happy with both the camera and lens up to now, still a bit new with the Micro / system but i think i"m getting there. Very pleased with Harrisons for a smooth transaction and will certainly use them again in future.

Ich suchte eine kleine leichte Kamera zum Wandern mit grossem Schärfetiefenbereich bei bestimmten Bildwinkel und relativ grossem Zoombereich mit besserer Bildqualität gegenüber Smartphone u. Kompaktkameras. Bezüglich Bildqualität und angenehmen Handling wie grossem Sucher kann sie natürlich nicht mit einer hochpreisigen Vollformatkamera aus dem Profisortiment mithalten, braucht sie auch nicht. Alles in Allem hat sie meine Erwartungen erfüllt.

Still familiarising myself with the camera but my initial feelings are that it is a high quality piece of kit. Having owned the Olympus OM-D-E mark iii being able to easily find options and settings with the new menus is wonderful and doubtless, as I have already done, I will find options that I didn't know existed on the earlier camera. Glad that I made the trade in!!

Very compact and lightweight. (People with big hands may struggle.) Gives excellent results and is easy to use once you have navigated the many menus. Two minor downsides it’s very easy to catch the arrow pad whilst using the camera and the cover for the USB socket is quite flimsy.

The OM-5 Mark II is one of the most affordable mirrorless cameras you can get with full IP53 weather protection, but lags behind entry-level alternatives when it comes to imaging prowess.
