Very fast. Takes about 8-10 seconds to load W11. Very quite, not sure it makes any noise. Highly configurable so you should be able to match you needs. Would have like one or two extra USB ports on the front of the PC as using the ones at the rear can be a bit fiddly given where I positioned the PC. Highly recommended.

Been waiting for over two weeks for this. Dell not interested in resolving, haven't helped at all. Have asked for a refund, but I am expecting them to be as lacklustre and apathetic in arranging that.

One of the 4 PC's ordered did not turn up, I know this is the fault of DHL, I am sure the driver has some explaining to do, however Dell have not resolved the issue and I am without my order, very poor service from such a big company.

The product is great. However Dell's courier messed up their own process leading to the consignment being delivered but me being unable to collect it. The Dell support showed little to no interest in helping to resolve the issue and in the end I had to get in touch with their couriers myself. Throughout the process Dell's support staff failed to read any of the messages from me and continuously asked me questions that I had already answered.
