Kärcher Se 3-18 Compact Staubsauger

I bought this product and the battery doesn’t charge or work haven’t even got to use it the green light on the battery charger that is supposed to let you know won’t even come on meaning the battery or the charger is faulty I’ve tried to get hold of Harvey Norman and Kärcher and nobody wants to help or send me a replacement.
