Cooler Master Ventilator und Kühlkörper

This was a quick upgrade to help cool my Ryzen 5 5600. I also wanted a clean look and some RGB to match my case fans. Looks great and keeps the CPU cool.

I got this for a newer build. Ryzen 7800x3d, Gigabyte Elite Ice B450, NZXT H6 Flow case. Even though this inexpensive cooler is enough to meet the low power demand of the 7800X3D cpu, anticipated maybe going with something else later. Install was a breeze, and during games and benchmarks I haven't seen higher than 73 degrees. This is a really good looking cooler, love the RGB. Wished they had this in a twin tower 2 fan version. Yes I'll likely upgrade to something bigger or go the AIO route, since I'm riding on the edge of how much this can probably cool, I'll likely upgrade to something bigger.. but this does do the job ok though.

No issue mounting with the new socket, the Hyper 212 is basically a legend at its price point. The new ARGB fan is great looking and synced right in with the Lian Li fans and Teamgroup T Force ARGB RAM. Got the white one specific to a themed build and it works out quite well with the other components.

I bought this for the Gigabyte z790 Eagle Ax. The backplate fits, because it has sliders, but those are worthless, because there is no way to adjust the top brackets - and there seems to be no other solution other than "keep buying coolers until one fits," What is the point of having compatibility standards, honestly?

I bought this to replace the stock cooler that came with my Ryzen 5 5600x. There has been a huge difference in thermal performance with this cooler. I added another fan myself on the back, because it only comes with one initially. With both fans even while playing demanding games it keeps it below 80 which is way cooler than the stock wraith cooler. I know there are better ones, but for the price this is perfect and I'll keep using it until I get my Ryzen 7 5800x3d then I'll get something a little better.
