Bought this case to build my wife's first gaming rig and this case helped it come out awesome. There is plenty of space inside for her Mobo, Be Quiet Black Rock Pro 4 CPU cooler, her RTX GPU, Extra fans, and her numerous HDDs and SSDs. The Tempered Glass on the side is super clear and has a great sound when you give it a tap. Overall Great Product.

Posting this here since I got done talking with Thermaltake directly on an issue with a damaged front mini-board for the audio jack and such. They no longer manufacture the Thermaltake View 31 case and have no parts available for replacement. So if anyone needs to get a replacement panel for the front they will have to buy an entirely new Thermaltake View 31. I'm really hoping for future PC cases to have replaceable panels. This is actually a pretty trivial thing to fix.

Had a good friend with more experience help me get this together so the build went well. He had to trim a bit off the plate for the evga RTX 2070, it was a 3 slot card not a 2 slot. It looks great, he also had a evga hybrid cpu cooler that is also RGB and it is synched with the gpu with no trouble. I did not like the RGB control for the case fans. I just could not find a way to have them where they could be used without having to open the case without some cutting we did not want to do. The cooling is great, even with the dying fan on the b-stock gpu but there is a hybrid cooler kit for it and plenty of room for another radiator.

I removed the case from the box and the window where the power supply slides in is dented, possibly dropped from the factory and also caused the bottom screen to become warped. I inspected the cardboard box it came in and found no physical damage that I could see.

I searched high and low on a case. Like weeks. Went thru 2 other cases because they were ok but I wanted great. I wanted something that I could do pretty much anything and everything I wanted to with without having to break the bank. This finally did it folks. I feel like this was the lottery case. You can do whatever your heart desires and then some. Below are what some might consider cons or what to watch out for. -very large. Probably a step below a full tower. -rgb fans are plugged into its own hub switch that controls them so you can't control them with software -no 5.25 external drive bay for optical drive -right side of the case is also see thru tempered glass
