Bisher das beste Gehäuse das ich gekauft habe und Ersatz für mein Zalman GS1000 PC-Gehäuse . Genug Platz für alle Teile ASUS ROG Strix Z790-A Gaming WiFi D4 Mainboard, CPU i7-14700KF, ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7 OC Edition, Lüfter Noctua NH-D15 G2 HBC, 4x Samsung 990 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD 2 TB, PCIe, Netzteil CORSAIR HX1200i, 2x UHD-Brenner Hitachi, 4x Seagate Exos 24 TB, 6x 140mm Lüfter, TP-Link Archer TX401 10Gbit/s PCIe Adapter und DeLOCK 2 Port SATA PCI Express Karte. Viele Staubfilter, modulares Gehäuse, einfache Montage und sehr sehr viel Platz.

My daily work horse. Huge case. Beautiful minimalist design. Tough and Strong built quality. The front panel can be hinged on the left or right side. The biggest stand out feature for me is the sound deadening this case has. I literally cannot hear my System running whilst performing demanding task, honestly really impressive case by Fractal! I’m using the windowless variant of this case with an air cooling set up. Air flow has been great, the front panel can also be opened on a hinge to allow for more airflow if necessary. It’s a big case! So make sure you have adequate space. Thanks Scan!

I built a custom NAS with this and was able to fit 6 3.5 inch HDD and 12 2.5 inch SSD. Using E- ATX motherboard with dual Xeon. The additional HD trays are pretty cheap off eBay. Plenty of room and airflow, I know what to get now next time I do a custom build.

The case is well made and of a robust quality. It can be configured in multiple configurations depending on what you want to use it for. Storage or server etc. The XL is big and can hold 16 HDD and 2 SSD with ease in storage mode. Definitely worth the money.

The Define 7 XL is a good, large case. It is pretty easy to work with and arrived from Scan in good condition. The one (slight) issue was with the screws for mounting the HDDs - some of them have poor quality threads... there was plenty spare, so not a massive issue. . . but could have been slightly better.
