I have used Sonicare toothbrushes over 20 years. I researched replacement heads for my Diamond Clean pink edition with AdaptiveClean brush head. I read many reviews and found out that the AdaptiveClean brush head is no longer available, so I looked at options and found that although there were complaints about sensitivity and the firmness of the C3, it was my best option. I have been using the C3 for two weeks and find that the reviews I was cautioned by are true for me as well. I love my Sonicare, but the C3 replacement heads are too firm and the size is too large for the mouth. Please, if you must, make some modifications, but please bring back the AdaptiveClean brush head.

This is a very firm toothbrush compared to the previous AdaptiveClean. Harder bristle toothbrushes wear away your teeth's enamel and gums. I would like to see Philips release a toothbrush like this with standard soft-bristles like dentists recommend.Also, could you please provide the clinical studies to backup the marketing claims.

Excellent value for the price. I bought it on sale and completely forgot I am getting 3 for the price one two. Very pleasant surprise as this brush head is my favourite and usually very pricy

You guys discontinuing this brush head is your WORST mistake!!!! I CANNOT believe you've pulled it OFF the market - Today is 2/7/2019 - This is THE BEST brush head for getting the job done - The others that state " Removes 10x more plaque than a manual ".... ANYTHING is better than a manual toothbrush - If it removed 10X more than this Adaptive, that would be a different story - But with all the others you have out there - If you're objective is keeping things CLEAN and plaque REMOVAL... I promise you, you CANNOT beat the Adaptive Clean - Others you have to brush LONGER and more diligent in order to MAYBE get 1/3 of what the Adaptive will do.... I am SO sorry you've pulled this off the market... BAD DECISIOIN.... PLEEEZ put Adaptive Clean BACK...… I NEED that brush head!!!
