We wish we got one of these a long time ago! A couple of minor things but overall really a great product. Love that you can watch the camera live or even just use the vac to turn on the camera to check out what the pets are upto! Vacuum works great, very minimal left behind if anything. Mop also works well! Have only had a couple weeks at this point.

Product is excellent. Some nitpick like sometimes mop smells a bit funky after clean, but can be avoided by checking the dock station if there are any dirt stuck in carriage.

This robot is both intelligent and persistent. Plus a great communicator, intuitive and has a great personality. We have loved watching our Dreame Vacuum work and uncover shine and cleanliness we didn’t know was possible for our tiles!

Useful robot makes cleaning a dream. Super quick mapping function and can set no go zones. Setting up scheduled cleaning was easy and lots of functions for high level of customization. Functions great doesn’t bump into things and detects obstacles and cords very well. Did have some trouble navigating itself back to base a few times but seems to have overcome that now. Only have to manually vacuum small parts of the house now like behind doors. Very user friendly.

Bought this for my grandmother and she loves it. Vacuums good and mops the floor beautifully. For startup it mapped the whole house and identified the rooms that had carpet. The Dreame app is super easy to navigate.
