Der Beurer BM54 ist ein zuverlässiges Oberarm-Blutdruckmessgerät mit Bluetooth, das eine einfache Übertragung der Messwerte zur Beurer HealthManager App ermöglicht. Das Gerät ist klinisch validiert und bietet ein großes, gut ablesbares Display sowie einen farbcodierten WHO-Risikoindikator. Es ist für zwei Nutzer geeignet und hat jeweils 60 Speicherplätze. Die Arrhythmie-Erkennung sorgt für zusätzliche Sicherheit. Nachteile sind der fehlende Netzbetrieb, die Manschettenpassform bei schmalen Armen und die Notwendigkeit eines kompatiblen Smartphones für die App. Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für den Heimgebrauch, mit einigen Einschränkungen.

An ok machine if you use it standalone but if you’re buying it for the connectivity (which is the point of this model) then don’t bother. Old app was great and supported Apple Health sync. The new app as of Oct 2024 is very unstable (won’t reliably sync results to app) and more importantly for me, no longer syncs to Apple Health. If you want that functionality, you’ll need to step up to something like the Withings product.

I bought this some time back, and in October 2024 they altered the app v 2.3 and it scrambled all my data readings. started again and the app not working, no averages no graphs and unable to share with doctor, report not created. contacted braun a lot. There customer service useless, ignore the customer. AVOID THIS PRODUCT if you want easy connectivity etc
