Epson - EH-LS800B Super-ultra-short-throw projector, Black

was given this as a gift from my son, everything worked good until i was prompted to update the software. everything seemed fine until i noticed it just kept rebooting. contacted Epson and the support was absolutely worthless. go to the support page or online forums before buying. pretty common issue post updating and even more common the responses about Epson's support.

Projector picture quality is good. However the month my warranty expired the HDMI port went out and now I can no longer stream my fire stick through it's main port and still be able to use my stereo. I wish I didn't need to use a fire stick but for whatever reason Netflix is not compatible with this device i spent thousands of dollars on. I guess I will just no longer watch netflix. I called Epson and they said they can't help me. They referred me to a repair service that is 4 hours away.

I really love the concept of this device, and I am very disappointed that the professional installers could not remove the shadows around the screen. I have had this for a year and can not reach anyone at Epson’s customer service for help. The day of the install, I was advised to return for a TV. I did not and will not. I love everything about this device except the shadow. My family brings it up at every watch gathering we have.

Love this projector! Affordable, and performs like those much more expensive. Distance from the screen is so amazingly close. Setup was a breeze. Wish it had 3D, but still highly recommend.

We purchased the silverflex ultra screen with this projector and have no regrets. The image is so crystal clear and bright. It is definitely a vast noticeable upgrade from our prior 1080p Epson projector. Friends have been shocked it is a projector at all. Everything was super easy to setup and install for us in a single evening.
