Charge is fast so far has been reliable. A good value when on sale. I got mine for a grand including the 220 W next GEN solar panel.

This is an excellent unit; however, one criticism is that it is advertised as a solar generator, yet it is sold without any cables for connecting to solar panels. The connections for solar panels are XT60, so if you have Anderson connections, an adapter will be required.

It was fantastic. Had no problem running my new air conditioner from it. My previous a/c leaked water in to the outlet so the outlet was unusable, also the coolant leaked so a/c had to be replaced. Five stars for this ecoflow.

A great new tool in my emergency power backup plan. This is the fourth EcoFlow product I own, along with three sets of solar panels, and three storage bags. I have one unit for every room/area in our downstairs (garage for our freezer and router, the 3600Wh big boy for our kitchen to run all of my high-wattage Ninja products, another for the living room, and one for the bedroom to run my CPAP). I guess I'm pretty well prepared for losing electricity. These are awesome products. It's too bad the EcoFlow's customer service doesn't match the quality of its products. They don't do a lot to help their customers. They just mostly answer questions, instead of facilitating purchases or helping you with registering your generators. Five stars for the products, two stars for the customer service component.

Lost power. Winter here in CT. Ran a small space heater on lowest setting for 15 minutes and a 40watt LED bulb and unit ran out of power in 100 minutes. Battery was 100% charged. Going to return it. Not worth $1200.00
