The item came in original packaging so it was lucky our little one didn't see it come as it was a gift. The box was very damaged to the point parts were open so we were worried bits would be missing when we put it together on Christmas eve. The house is otherwise great and my 6 year old has enjoyed playing with it. I thought the price was reasonable and it came with lots of accessories. The instructions were clear so it was easy to put together. I just recommend putting the stickers on before putting it all together because it would be slightly easier.

Really good dolls house with lots of flexibility and not as big as some of the others. Great value. Bit flimsy. Put the stickers on before the kids get near it!
