I purchased a large BGE in January, from the Lincoln, NE store. My son and I set it up one not-so-cold evening. We've been grilling/smoking every week! Even in the bitterly cold temps we've been having recently, the BGE comes up to temperature fast and holds temperature easily. We've had the most tender and juicy chicken, pork chops, and steak I've ever eaten. The ceramic cooker holds both temps and humidity inside so your cooks never dry out. This is the only grill/smoker I own and it does everything. We love it!
