Great monitor images is good enough for me can see very clear music is a bit off but still dose the job signal very good just really handy I love being able to see what my baby is doing

really great product that works well. However, my son is not even two, and we have just ordered our third one. To be fair, Phillips support just ask you to send your invoice and they send a new one but there is a clear design fault with the charing point on the handset; it gets loose and then falls off inside the unit making it impossible to power up or charge. Neither has lasted more than a year and we purchased this to last for however many kids we have; a product of this price should not have a 364 day life span. Maybe this is why it is so expensive as they expect to issue three for each purchase. So, would I buy again? YES. Good product and customer service is great but there is the inconvenience of being without it for 4-7 days while the new units get shipped. Cheers,

Returning the second one of these as it has now developed the same fault - initially only holding a charge if plugged in constantly, eventually failing to charge completely. I would not have bought this product if I'd have known this as it is clearly not an isolated problem with one unit. Amazon provided excellent and easy customer service with the first faulty unit and replaced it. I had spent an hour previously on the phone to Philips who eventually said they didn't have a replacement in stock but would phone me back - they didn't ever do so. This second time around Philips have said they will send me a replacement if I send in the unit first, leaving us without any monitor. An awful lot of unnecessary hassle when you are a busy parent!
